skillet is a self-proclaimed “mobile joint” that moves around town serving yummy food whereever they park the retro airstream.

the food is comprable to bistro style quality but will get to much, much faster. they will only be there till 2ish so get movin’!

I’ve been to the one in south lake union a few times (good excuse to ride the slut!), but it gets way too crowded way too early.

I might have to try to swing by this one on my way in to work. It’d be a good way to start the week.
